From research to site selection and negotiation to managing the transaction, the strength of Ranger Retail is reflected in the way Geoff, Mike and Sean have built their careers on integrity, reliability and a commitment to client service.

Geoff Henrion

Geoff grew up in Dallas, TX where he attended the Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas. He is a member of Christ the King Church and remains active on the Jesuit Alumni board.

A graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a degree in Economics, Geoff started his career in 1988 with United Commercial Realty in Dallas. As one of the original brokers under David Dunning, Geoff worked on project leasing. He then transitioned into the tenant representation side which included the initial roll out of Starbucks in DFW and the Champps Americana expansion in Texas.

From there Geoff joined Staubach Retail in 1996 representing retailers and restaurants such as The Home Depot, Shoe Carnival, Smith & Wollensky, Chuck E. Cheese’s, Brinker International, and JC Penney.

With more than 22 years of experience by 2010, Geoff wanted to create his own brand of service and founded Ranger Retail Partners.

Currently Geoff is personally responsible for Chuy’s Western half of USA, all Chuck E. Cheese’s in the western half of the USA, Red Robin in multiple states, Darden brands in North Texas which includes Olive Garden, Cheddar's, LongHorn Steakhouse, Eddie V's, Yard House, Season 52 and The Capital Grille.

Geoff lives in Dallas, TX with wife Rachel and 3 children, and enjoys golfing, hunting and fishing.




Mike Berndt

Mike was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a double major in Finance and International Business.

Initially out of college, Mike worked for a transportation logistics company and then Joined RRP as a broker in January 2015.

In addition to Mike working on business development initiatives at Ranger Retail Partners, he also works on the Chuy’s, Red Robin, Shoe Carnival, Maggiano’s, Chuck E. Cheese’s, and Darden accounts.

Mike enjoys being outdoors and when he isn’t on the lake he can be found playing softball, golf, hunting or watching a Rangers or Mavs game.






Sean Kipp

Born in Traverse City, MI and a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin with a Marketing major, Sean has nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate.

While with Cottonwood Financial/The Cash Store he headed up the real estate department and was responsible for new store site selection, lease negotiation, construction coordination.

From there, Sean joined Foremark and worked primarily in the Southeast US with Mimi’s Café, Chuck E. Cheese, CPK, Johnny Carino’s.

In January 2007 he was promoted to partner and oversaw the entire east coast development for clients such as Mimi’s Café, CEC, and Miller’s Ale House.

Additionally, in 2010 he was the exclusive broker for Chuck E. Cheese in the Eastern half of the US and then became exclusive broker for Chuys in the same region.

Sean joined Ranger Retail as Partner in April 2015.

He lives in Keller, TX with his wife Leslie and sons Clark (10) and Colt (7).

When he isn’t working, Sean enjoys working out, playing golf and bird hunting.
